Pinnacle Healthcare provides ongoing support for our employees' continuing education. Our facilities cooperate with numerous educational institutions and provide internships in all disciplines. Our facilities provide an excellent starting point for new graduates, allowing them to partner with strong stable experienced professionals who can provide ongoing mentorship. Education Loan Program Open to employees seeking advanced professional competency and degrees in the fields of nursing, nursing home administration, therapy and social services.
Administrator in Training Program Open to those pursuing a career in nursing home administration.
Nursing Assistant Training Program Open to applicants who desire a first-time position with Pinnacle or wish to augment their career studies in preparation for becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Click Here for more information.
Nursing Medication Aide Training Program Open to full-time employees who are Certified Nursing Assistants and want to learn to deliver medications.
Continuing Education Programs Pinnacle Healthcare routinely organizes and sponsors continuing education courses for all staff. Recent topics include Lymphedema management, advanced wound care training, shoulder girdle rehabilitation, pain management, counter-strain techniques and leadership training.
Advanced Training Opportunities Training for specialty level care, such as a Certified Wound Specialist and Restorative Aide, is open to any Pinnacle employee wishing to advance his or her skills.
Clinical Affiliations A variety of exciting internships are available at all Pinnacle facilities for students who desire practical clinical experience.
