Career Opportunities Charge Nurse RN/LPN This valuable nurse is responsible to provide and supervise staff providing direct care and support to the residents and their family members within Pinnacle’s mission, policies and procedures while applying standards for professional nursing practice. Specific tasks can include directing resident care activities of the nursing assistants to ensure the care provided conforms to the residents care plan; admit, transfer and discharge residents; prepare and administer medications and treatment procedures as ordered by the physician; and maintain timely and accurate records according to policies, procedures and regulations which include evaluations, screenings, progress notes and discharge summaries. Position requires an unencumbered license to practice in the state of Oregon. Experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required.
