Career Opportunities Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) This key position is responsible for providing direct and indirect care for the residents, including personal hygiene, nutritional needs, comfort, safety and for providing a “home-like” atmosphere for the residents. Responsibilities includes knowledge and observance of the residents rights; exhibit integrity, honesty and a positive attitude; respect privacy and confidentiality; be able to prioritize assignments and tasks; ability to safely transport and move residents; and be able to chart accurate information on a change in residents condition.
