About Us
At Green Valley, our customers - residents, families, employees and vendors - are our highest priority and our goal is to provide the best long-term and rehabilitative healthcare in the Eugene-Springfield area. We are proud of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation program, which encourages residents’ independence and return to their former lifestyles whenever possible.

We also contract with PeaceHealth to provide sub-acute care for patients who require a higher level of clinical oversight.

Jacquie Barber, Rehabilitation Program Manager
In 2002, Jacquie Barber moved to Eugene and has been enjoying the beauty and friendly people ever since. A graduate of De Anza College in California, Jacquie has been a physical therapist assistant for 25 years, spending the last 14 in skilled nursing – first as a physical therapy aide and more recently as a rehabilitation manager. She has been rehabilitation program manager with Pinnacle since 2004.
