Green Valley Rehabilitation Health Center is delighted to add a new sub-acute facility adjacent to its main building. Our professional health care team will welcome patients to our new building beginning in October 2008 who are recovering from surgery or a health setback and who need short-term care after hospitalization.

The 28-room sub-acute facility will include:
• Therapy gym equipped with state-of-the-art equipment
• Professional and experienced nurse case management supported by Nurse Practitioner consultation
• Wireless Internet access and satellite TV in every room

We’re looking for qualified nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, CNAs and CMAs) as well as therapists (PTs, PTAs, COTAs and speech therapists) to help care for our residents in our employee-friendly building.
