Green Valley Rehabilitation Health Center is delighted to announce the completed addition of a new sub-acute facility adjacent to its main building. Our professional health care team welcomes new patients daily to our facility which opened its doors in October 2008. Our team specializes in caring for individuals who are recovering from surgery or a health setback and who need short-term care after hospitalization.

The 28-room sub-acute facility includes:
• Therapy gym equipped with state-of-the-art equipment
• Professional and experienced nurse case management supported by Nurse Practitioner consultation
• Wireless Internet access and satellite TV in every room
