South Hills Rehabilitation Center
About Us At South Hills, we strive to care for the total needs of our residents. We understand that residents have individual physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs when planning their care and encourage and welcome input, involvement and support from the residents and their families. United, we strive for the optimum level of function for our resident while simultaneously incorporating their rights to self-determination.
We are proud of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation program, which encourages independence and activity, assisting each person in developing new skills and relearning old ones. We also contract with PeaceHealth to provide sub-acute care for patients who require a higher level of clinical oversight.
