Jason Fiske, Administrator Jason has been a licensed long-term care facility administrator in Oregon and California for five years and a physical therapist for 11 years. In 2006, Jason was appointed by Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski to the state's physical therapy licensing board for a four-year term. In this volunteer role, Jason will help regulate the practice of physical therapy in the state, including establishing professional standards of practice.
Jason earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in physical therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 1995. He and his wife, Amy, live in Grants Pass and are the parents of two young boys.
Jennifer Dey, RN, Director of Nursing Services Jennifer began her career in the long term care field in 1990, and since that time has worked her way through the ranks as a CNA, charge nurse, residential care manager and assistant director of nurses. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland in 1995. Jennifer is proud to be trailblazing the Pioneer Network Program, with its emphasis on patient-centered care, with the top-notch management team at Highland House that shares her vision and dedication to providing exceptional nursing care.
A native Oregonian, Jennifer enjoys cycling the many trails of the tranquil Rogue Valley. She enjoys sharing a love of nature, animals and music with her daughter, Nyah, and her life partner.
Dennis Wilkerson, Rehabilitation Program Manager When he was hired as our rehabilitation program manger in 2007, Dennis was laready a familiar face at Highland House. He did his clinical internship here as a student in 1999, and has been on call for us since that time. While he now brings broad experience in rehabilitation to his position, he has found that working in a long-term setting is truly rewarding.
Dennis earned his associate of arts degree from Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria in 1997. Two years later he earned an associate of science degree in physical therapist assisting from the Professional Skills Institue. He is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Dennis and his wife are involved in their children's lives, coaching sports tteams and helping with their 4-H projects.
