About Us Lincoln City Rehabilitation Center provides quality services to meet the diversified long-term care health needs of its community. It offers complete skilled nursing care, progressive therapy programs and community outreach services through its staff of dedicated professionals.
Anthony Knippers, Administrator Although he’s relatively new to Pinnacle Healthcare, long-term care has been a part of Anthony Knippers’ life since he was a child. Both his parents were long-term care administrators, and he worked in their facilities during summer breaks from school. After graduating from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science, Anthony taught for a number of years before going back to school for his Oregon Nursing Home license. He joined Pinnacle in January 2007.
Anthony is married and has three young children. His family enjoys camping and “anything outdoors.”
Dianna Nomura, RN, Director of Nursing Services Although Dianna Nomura, RN, is new to Pinnacle Healthcare with her appointment as Director of Nursing Services at Lincoln City Rehabilitation Center in 2008, but she's worked in long-term care for more than two decades. Beginning as a Certified Nurse Assistant, she's worked her way through the ranks, next as a Licensed Practical Nurse then a Registered Nurse. Additional education and training let her to positions including Assistant Director of Nursing and then Director.
Dianna's goal at Lincoln City is to make the residents stay in the facility as pleasant an experience as possible. She says that the people she's cared for over her career have "enriched my life more than I can express."
Dianna and her husband have three children. Together they enjoy fishing and dining out.
Diane Keiser, Rehabilitation Program Manager Diane Keiser was born and raised in Wisconsin and lived in a number of states before moving to Lincoln City, Oregon where she plans on retiring! She obtained her master of science in speech pathology degree and started her career working for public schools in deaf education and in high school-level students, teaching social skills and vocabulary for success in mainstream classes and the work force. She developed a program protocol for special needs high school students which was published in the Journal of the American Speech Language Association.
Diane began working in long-term care at Lincoln City Rehabilitation Center and joined the Pinnacle Team as rehabilitation program manager in 2000. She has also worked in inpatient (acute) and home healthcare in Oregon. In her spare time, Diane enjoys walking her two yellow labs, hiking, kayaking, gardening and reading. She and her husband Kevin have one daughter and a five-year-old granddaughter.
