About Us At Rose Haven, we are constantly striving for excellence as we provide rehabilitation and nursing services to the Roseburg community. Our skilled unit serves clients with complex nursing and therapy needs, including wound care, stroke, cardiac, and orthopedic challenges. A member of the Roseburg area for over forty years, Rose Haven is proud and honored to be of service.
Stacy Jones, Administrator A second generation Oregon native, Stacy Jones grew up in the Eugene area and attended the University of Oregon, graduating in 2002 with a bachelors of science in psychology. Stacy has been in long-term care for 11 years, serving the past five years as the administrator at Rose Haven. She enjoys animals, being outdoors and traveling.
Regina Haney, RN, Director of Nursing Services A healthcare worker since 1996, Regina Haney graduated from Umpqua Community College with an associate degree in nursing in 2001. Certified in chemotherapy, Regina spent most of her early career working in acute care; intensive care, progressive care (cardiac unit) and on medical/surgical hospital floors. She began working in long-term care in 2003 as a RNCM and transferred to Rose Haven in 2005 as the DNS.
Mark Pruen, OTR, Rehabilitation Program Manager Mark has been providing outstanding patient care for more than 21 years. As the rehabilitation program manager for both Rose Haven and Umpqua Valley, he is an integral part of a Pinnacle Healthcare's rehabilitation model that provides greater staffing depth and more effectively meets patient needs. In addition to his great enthusiasm for delivering exceptional therapeutic services, Mark offers a deep knowledge of rehab systems and technological healthcare solutions. A graduate of Pacific University, he worked in home health and in skilled nursing facilities before becoming the rehabilitation program manager at our Eugene facility, Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in 2001 until 2009. Prior to that, he worked on oil rigs in the Arabian Gulf, North Sea and South China Sea.
Starting in 2010, Mark served as an occupational therapist at Pinnacle's Eugene facilities. In 2011, he took on his current position at Rose Haven. In 2012 he was named the rehabilitation program manager for Umpqua Valley, as well. When not working, Mark keeps busy with his wife, gardening, raising sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. In the summer, he loves to go on long motorcycle rides.
