 Mark Henrikson, Administrator
The administrator of Umpqua Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Mark Henrikson has been with Pinnacle for several years, including two years as a CNA at South Hills in Eugene and a year and a half as assistant administrator at Rose Haven. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and in his spare time, he enjoys athletic activities and hunting.
Tonya Bailey, RN, Director of Nursing Services
Tonya began her career with Pinnacle Healthcare at Umpqua Valely Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in January 2005, first working briefly as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and then as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). Upon receiving licensure as a registered nurse in 2006, Tonya accepted the position of resident care manager. She became director of nursing services in May 2011.
Her favorite part of working with Pinnacle is making a positive difference in the lives of her patients. Tonya has also traveled far and wide making a difference. A very active member of her church, Tonya has used overseas medical mission trips as an opportunity to share her faith.
Alaire Lowe, SLP, Rehabilitation Program Manager
Alaire Lowe began her career at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and earned a master’s degree from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Alaire began working for Pinnacle Healthcare in 2004 as a Speech Language Pathologist. Her current role as a speech language pathologist and the rehabilitation program manager at Umpqua Valley Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR.
Alaire has five children and one grandson.
