 Mark Henrikson, Administrator
The administrator of Umpqua Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Mark Henrikson has been with Pinnacle for several years, including two years as a CNA at South Hills in Eugene and a year and a half as assistant administrator at Rose Haven. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and in his spare time, he enjoys athletic activities and hunting.
Jennifer Frost, Director of Nursing Services
Jennifer began her nursing career in 1993 as a certified nursing assistant in the long-term care unit at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. A year later she transferred to Mercy Medical Center where she worked medical, surgical, pediatrics, and home health/ hospice.
Jennifer attended nursing school at Umpqua Community College while continuing to work. In 1999 she returned to UVN&RC as an LPN charge nurse in the skilled nursing facility. A year after earning her associate degree in Registered Nursing, Jennifer became resident care manager, and later assistant director of nursing services. She assumed her current role in 2006.
Jennifer completed American Manager Association training in 2001 and is currently working on a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She enjoys teaching CNA classes at UCC.
Alaire Lowe, Rehabilitation Program Manager
Alaire Lowe began her career at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and earned a master’s degree from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Alaire began working for Pinnacle Healthcare in 2004 as a Speech Language Pathologist. Her current role as a speech language pathologist and the rehabilitation program manager at Umpqua Valley Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR.
Alaire has five children and one grandson.
